6. Laisser refroidir le gâteau et ensuite l écraser en petits morceaux.
7. Ajouter le mascarpone au gâteau.
8. Former des petites boules ou autres formes.
9. Tremper les boules dans chocolat et décorer les pop cakes avec des vermicelles, noix coco....
10. Mettre les pop cakes au réfrigérateur au moins 30 mn.
